Skull tattoos are cool, if you don’t mind the initial shock factor people get. Since skulls are a bit creepy to most people, and sort of Halloweenish, not too many people get them.

But for those of you who are not typical, and want to make a statement and let the world know that you are not afraid to be different, skull tattoos may just be the perfect tattoo for you.

Typically, people would just go for the skull without the body/skeleton for a tattoo. Here are some good examples:

For a more dramatic, designed effect, this tattoo has a knife going through the skull from the top down, which kinda serves as the tongue if you ask me. Kinda cool.

And finally we have a tattoo of a skull inside a hood, basically a Reaper skull tattoo. Notice the sickle which completes the reaper concept. Pretty high resolution tattoo and a very well done one in my opinion.
